Virat Kohli gets shocked & confused, offers to help RCB

IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore has removed its profile picture from various social media platforms which has not only left it’s fans puzzled but RCB Virat Kohli too seems to have no clue about what’s going on. In a surprising turn of events, the Bengaluru based franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore has removed its profile pictures from Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

They have also deleted all of their Instagram posts which has made people wonder about the popular team. The account shows zero posts till the time of writing this article. Their players Yuzvendra Chahal and AB De Villiers have already expressed their surprise before RCB captain decided to jump on the bandwagon on Thursday morning with his tweet. The orange cap holder of IPL 2016 took to twitter and wrote ” posts disappear and the captain isn’t informed. @rcbtweets, let me know if you need any help. ”

Just a promotional strategy

The series of events occurred just a day after RCB signed Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, a part of Muthoot Pappachan group, popularly known as Muthoot Blue as its sponsor in the upcoming season of IPL. According to some reports, they are also set to change their name to Royal Challengers Bengaluru from Royal Challengers Bangalore after the protest from the agitated local fans who wanted the franchise to adopt the new name of the city.

The team might also change its official logo and bring some modifications into its jersey which is why the action of RCB removing its social media posts and their players acting surprised & confused comes just as a promotional strategy to many. They could just be creating the buzz for the official announcement which is likely to be made tomorrow.

A Day before, RCB star players AB De Villiers and Yuzvendra Chahal acted confused as well with their tweets.
