PK-W vs NZ-W Match Preview

The fourteenth match of ICC Women T20 World Cup is going to be Pakistan Women vs New Zealand Women. This tour has not been good so far for both the teams. Pakistan managed to win only one match out of the three while New Zeland Women still sweating hard to win their first match. While Pakistan will focus on continuing the fight to remain in the race, New Zeland will strive to punch-in in the list of winning teams. Pakistan Women beat Ireland Women by 38 runs in their second match. This must have boosted the morale of Pakistan after facing a defeat from India Women in their first match. The last match was a one-woman show. Captain Javeria Khan seems to have regained her form and struck lighting strokes from one end. She scored 74 in just 52 balls. It was because of the 48-run partnership between the Captain and Omaima Sohail that made them able to put a target of 140 runs on board which was a decent total on that ground. Bowlers played really well in that match. Four of Pakistan Women took two
wickets each and defended their target.
New Zealand team seemed to comprise of only two batsmen. Only Suzie Bates and Katey Martin were able to cross 20-run mark in both the matches. In their last match, against Australia, Leigh Kasperek and Sophie Devin were successful enough to restrict Australia Women to put 153 runs on board. Leigh took 3 wickets while Sophie Devin took 2 wickets but proved costly as she gave 37 runs in 4 overs. While chasing this target, Suzie Bates tried, till she can, to drag her team towards a win. But none other than Katey Martin was able to support her in this cause. Suzie played a brilliant inning of 48 runs while Katey scored 24.

NZ-W VS PK-W DREAM 11 Fantasy Tips

Wicketkeeper:
Katey Martin is a sure pick. She has scored 39 runs and 24 runs with a strike rate of more than 120 in
each of her innings.
Opener:                                                                                                                                                                                                     Suzie Bates is a must pick. She is in form and scored one half-century in her first match and 48 runs in her last match. Along with her, Ayesha Zafar would make a better pair given her 22-run innings in the last match. She could hit the ball well in the starting overs and can give a nice start to their innings.

Middle Order:
Javeria Khan ( c ) has regained her form. This can be seen by her last innings of 74 runs which were made
like an in-form batsman. She took only 52 balls to reach her total and stayed till the end of the innings.
Bismah Maroof and Omaima Sohail are also a wise choice. The former has scored a half-century in her
first match and the latter made 18 runs with a strike rate of 95 in her last match.

All-Rounder:
Sophie Devine has not been able to contribute much with the bat but she was helpful with bowling. She took two important wickets in the last match. Leigh Kasperek is a must choice. Her bowling has been very impressive and took four wickets in two matches. In her last match, she took three wickets. Also, she is known to be a pinch-hitter in death overs. Nida Dar is also a wise choice to pick as she has scored 52 runs in her last match and kept her economy rate below 6 runs per over in both the matches.

Bowlers:
Nashra Sandhu is a must pick. She took two wickets in her last match and gave just 8 runs n 2 overs. Lea
Tahuhu is also a good choice considering her stats so far. Sana Mir is a wise choice too as she has taken
two wickets in the last match but didn’t allow her economy rate go beyond 6 runs per over.
