In a candid chat posted by the official twitter account of Chennai Super Kings account, MS Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni opened up about the personal life of MS Dhoni. He revealed how Dhoni deals with anger in front of her, how is his bonding with his daughter Ziva and how much she hates Dhoni’s old look and she believes she is thankful she didn’t see that look in the earlier days.
“Luckily, I did not see him with that long hair because if I had seen him in that orange long hair, I wouldn’t have ever looked at him. There has to be aesthetics. John [Abraham] it sort of suited him, but Mahi with long hair and with that orange colour on top, was like…[Sakshi rolled her eyes making an eww gesture] ” – Sakshi Singh Dhoni
Ziva is very obedient to her father
Sakshi also revealed that out of everyone in the house, Ziva listens to her father the most as she is very obedient to her father.
” She [Ziva] only listens to him. If I am telling her to do something, if I am telling her to finish your food quickly or eat this vegetable, I will have to tell her 10 times; including Mahi’s mother, including Sheila aunty. Mahi will tell her once and it will just happen in a jiffy “, Sakshi said
Dhoni vents out all his hanger on her
MS Dhoni is normally a very calm and composed person both on and off the field but like every normal human being, he too feels angry about certain things. Sakshi revealed that normally Dhoni vents out all his anger on her as she is the closest to him.
” He is calm about everything. I am the only one who can provoke him or upset him because I am closest to him. He vents his anger out on me. I am fine with it. ” , Sakshi talked about how Dhoni deals with his anger.
On the independence day this year, MS Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket after serving the cricket fraternity for 16 years. He played in the IPL though but didn’t have a good season as he failed to make even a single 50 with the bat. He also coped a lot of criticism for his statement regarding youngsters in CSK lacking spark. Now with next IPL being 4 months away, Dhoni will have 4 more months to spend with his family.
