Finally, there is some good news coming for RCB fans as their skipper Virat Kohli is ready to come back on 14 April. RCB have badly missed their last season hero after losing two matches and just managing to win one so far in IPL, as Virat scored a mammoth 973 runs in the previous season, and broke all the records.
Kohli has been out for almost 3 weeks now. He had injured his shoulder in the 3rd Test match of the Border-Gavaskar trophy when he went to chase a ball at the deep mid-wicket boundary. He then didn’t play in the penultimate test and also missed out in the beginning matches of the IPL for RCB as he wanted to be 120% fit before stepping onto the field.
The skipper took to Instagram as he posted a video of himself lifting weights. “Can’t wait to get back onto the field. Almost there now ✌️. 14th April,” Kohli wrote.
This will definitely boost RCB as the team has looked a bit shabby without their captain as Virat will strengthen the batting order. RCB will now play against Mumbai Indians on 14 April at their home ground and the star batsman is expected to be playing in that match.

RCB will be hoping that he makes a come back like AB de Villiers who scored a brilliant 89 off just 46 against KXIP yesterday.
