Jason Roy featured for Gujarat Lions in the three matches so far but failed to make his mark in the tourney as he just knocked 59 runs at a strike rate of 147.50 marking 31 as his best score which came against Sunrisers Hyderabad. However, he decided to head back to home to concentrate on his further international career.
In addition to Jason Roy, England skipper Eoin Morgan who is currently involved with Kings XI Punjab and Sam Billings of Delhi Daredevils are also set to return to their country sooner than later. However, Pune’s all-rounder Ben Stokes, Tymal Mills and few others will continue their services to their respected franchises.
